Ashley came on board with Oriel in the winter of 2010. A graduate from Johnson & Wales University, Ashley is passionate about food, wine, and travel. She first discovered her interest in wine in a college tasting class. It was there she developed her palate and became intrigued by the subtle nuances of quality, hand-crafted wine. This helped inspire her on to two degrees, an AS in Restaurant Management and a BS in Hospitality Management and Beverage Service Management.

Although her education provided her with an excellent understanding of the Food & Beverage industry which has been invaluable to the team, Ashley is excited by the unique perspective Oriel offers her on the wine industry. As a member of the in-office team she is able to use that knowledge to help the team to success.

Outside of work, Ashley spends her time throwing dinner parties for her friends, experimenting with new recipes, and delighting her coworkers with freshly baked goods.
