William has nineteen years of experience of brandbuilding, sales and marketing of wines from Spain...but always with a foot in the new world.
William was most recently Managing Director of United Wineries International, one of Spain's top three groups of wineries following major growth in the late nineties. William left in 2001 after a spell of nine years.
William is also on the board of Casa de La Ermita (Jumilla), one of Spain's most exciting up-and-coming wineries and is closely involved with a wide variety of projects involving premium Spanish wines marketed around the world.
