Wine Shipping Restrictions
Due to US regulations, we can only ship direct to consumers in certain states. Currently, we ship to these states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY.
We will expand our service area when regulations permit, as laws concerning the shipping of wine are constantly evolving. We expect that these restrictions will gradually loosen as consumer demand grows. Age Disclaimer
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
Certain state laws regulate the number of cases of wine that can be shipped annually to a single person. We will contact you if your order is affected by this type of law.
Shipping Center Information
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight. Please note cutoff time for 2-Day and Overnight orders is 2:00 pm EST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will NOT be guaranteed 2-Day or Overnight delivery.
