Red clay and limestone soils. Low-yielding vines (average age 40 years). Extended maceration for 15 days. Tank-aged, unfined and unfiltered to preserve the purity and intensity of the fruit.

Tasting Notes

Aroma:Ripe cherry and blackcurrant with overtones of nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste: Bold dark berries with sweet tannins and a delicate finish.
