Name Story

Etereo is the Italian word for "ethereal," signifying something highly refined, delicate, out of this world, and heavenly.

Vineyards | Winemaking

Sand and chalk soils in the Monforte d'Alba region of Barolo. Temperature controlled fermentation. Aged for 30 months in French oak barrels (100% new) and bottle aged for 6-8 months before release.

Grapes

100% Nebbiolo. Picked: October 5-11, 2003.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Rich, complex and earthy, with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and roses. Taste: Ripe red fruit, dark plum and spice, with a long, delicate finish.
