Gravel and stony clay-limestone soils. 10 days fermentation and 20 days post-fermentation maceration in open barrels with manual 'pigeages'. Aged for 21 months in French oak (100% new).

Aroma: Blueberry, plum, liquorice and spice.Taste: Intense dark fruits; strong tannins and structure.
