Vineyards | Winemaking
Old vines with an average age of 35-40 years on sandy and clay gravel soils. Barrel fermented and aged for 26 months in French oak (50% new).
90% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon Blanc. September 23–October 22, 2004.
Aroma: Caramelized citrus, vanilla, smoke and spice. Taste: Unctuous with ripe apricot and a long finish.
