15-year-old vines on gravelly loam soils north of Saint Helena. 4 days cold soak, 38 days maceration. Aged 24 months in French oak barrels (50% new).


100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Picked: October 12, 2003.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Blackberries, dried herbs, smoke, vanilla and Asian spices. Taste: Rich cherry jam and black fruits, with hints of wood and licorice and dense tannins.
